Nichesss: Is it a breakthrough or just another AI gimmick to get eyeballs?

Artificial intelligence is here to stay. The fact that AI is getting smarter by the day sometimes scares me. But as long as it’s making our lives easier and processes more efficient, I can’t complain.

While I was reading up on artificial intelligence, I stumbled upon Nichesss – a copywriting tool – and decided to give it a try.

They offer a trial version as well wherein users get enough credits to create two to three blog posts.

I used the trial version and the blogs turned out to be pretty good, which sparked my curiosity and so I bought the subscription to run a couple of more experiments before fully implementing it in our operations.

I’m going to be as detailed and succinct as possible in my review so that you can quickly get an idea of what this tool is like and whether or not you should bet your time and money on it.

Dashboard

The dashboard is pretty straightforward and has various options that you can try out to generate content for various marketing channels. The best part is you need not download a software program. Nichesss is a web-based application that works on all browsers and devices.

With Nichesss, you can create:

  • Blogs
  • Social Posts
  • Short posts
  • Ad copies
  • Emails
  • Sales
  • Courses
  • Poetry and more

It can even help you write codes for your web or app development projects.

However, for the time being, I was looking for a tool that could save my time writing a blog post.

So this review article is going to be about blog posts. If you want me to explore and review other aspects of this tool, let me know in the comments.

So without further ado, let’s dive right into it.

Creating blog posts with Nichesss

In the first step, click on the box and you’ll be presented with 5 options. Out of all the options, the most useful ones for generating a blog post are:

  • Blog Intro, and
  • Blog Outline

The Blog Intro gives you an introduction paragraph, whereas the Blog Outline gives you pointers or subheadings that will take your blog post further.

And once you get an introduction paragraph and subsequent pointers, the next step is to feed those pointers back into the ‘Blog Intro’ to further generate content.

Repeat this step for every pointer, and you’ll get a complete blog post in under 15 minutes.

After generating the blog post, I ran it through Copyscape and it checked out fine.

Here’s the link to the blog that I created using Nichesss, with minimal editing.

The tool works well and returns relevant suggestions most of the time. I’d recommend this tool to anyone who wants to build a private blog network but don’t have the time, patience or money to hire writers.

The Caveat

If this content writing tool was really smart, everyone would be using it and 90% of professional writers would lose their job. But that’s far from reality.

The tool may not be smart enough to replace human writers, but it is smartly designed to create a makeshift blog post that can earn you a backlink or simply increase the blog count on your website.

The only caveat is that it cannot create blog posts on specific topics or topics that involve language nuances, sarcasm and the fun element. Also, you cannot expect this tool to write about every topic under the sun. The more you explore it, the worse it gets.

It’s a great tool if you are not looking for something interesting and intellectual. But it sure makes you stop and wonder as you compare it with AI writing tools from 5 years ago.
